Our Board Initiative Committee aims to increase the participation of American Latinos on the boards of directors of Fortune 1000 corporations and top foundations, and increasing awareness of the value of inclusion of Latinos on boards. Advocacy efforts include developing strategic partnerships with corporate/foundation directors and CEOs, Latinos serving on corporate/foundation boards, nonprofit organizations, executive search firms and political leaders to leverage their respective resources in increasing the service of Latino directors.
