Mr. Sanders is responsible for leading transaction execution, business development and all investor interaction. Before founding Auldbrass Partners (“AP”), Mr. Sanders was a Managing Director at Citigroup where he was responsible for managing and directing Citi Holding’s proprietary investments in alternatives. While at Citi, Mr. Sanders co-led the positioning, negotiation and transaction structuring of approximately $3.5B in divestitures. In 2011, Mr. Sanders formed AP to advise a single multi-national client on a portfolio totaling over $1.2B in LP interests. Prior to Citi Holdings, Mr. Sanders led the $3.3B private investment allocation for Citigroup’s $13B pension fund. Prior to Citi, Mr. Sanders was a Vice President in Merger and Acquisitions for Deutsche Bank (a successor to James D. Wolfensohn and Co.). Mr. Sanders holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Sanders is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School.
