Mr. Feliciano co-founded Clearlake in 2006. Prior to co-founding Clearlake, Mr. Feliciano was a Partner and member of the investment committee a Tennenbaum, a private investment firm focused on distressed and other special institutions investments. Before joining Tennenbaum, he served as Chief Financial Officer of govWorks, Inc., a payments and other services provider to the public sector, where he managed the finance, corporate development and human resource functions. Prior to govWorks, Mr. Feliciano was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Groups. In addition, he was a private equity investor in the Latina America Enterprise Fund. Mr. Feliciano has led investments in the energy/power, healthcare, industrials, and transportation/logistics sectors throughout his career. Mr. Feliciano currently serves as a representative to the board of Triax Pharmaceuticals and has previously served on the board of directors, bank instructing group and bond holding committees for a number of companies, including Ahern Rentals, Inc., Foster Wheeler, La Paloma Generating Compan, MACH Gen, Northwestern Corporation, Phoenix Color Corporation, Pliant Corporation, Radnor Holdings/Wincup Inc., and Rural/Metro Corporation. Mr. Feliciano also served as a Commissioner of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Feliciano received a B.S. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering with High Honors from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
