I wanted to reach out as I am seeking capital for my forensic company. We are Minority owned (me) and are in a space where there are no other Minority companies, as we provide patented forensic collection devices to the Military, DOD, Law Enforcement, and Crime Labs. We have traction with orders from the US Special Forces and the DOD, and will be a GSA Vendor by the end of the month.
I am in need of capital to build the machines to manufacture the product. Once this is completed we can fill back orders and have inventory for what will most likely be orders from our GSA listing. I am seeking at a minimum $500k, which can be either equity or notes, and I would also like a partner to help me continue to grow, quickly. We have a product that fills a need and will be in demand.
