NAA To Lead National Conversation on Access to Capital and Leadership Diversity During Four State Tour 

New York, NY - The New America Alliance (NAA), a national collective of influential Latino business leaders driving empowerment and wealth building, will launch its redesigned National Tour to focus on access to capital and leadership acceleration in all sectors.

The four-state tour begins in Austin, TX in May, and will travel to New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago throughout the year.

The Tour will strengthen the dialogue regarding the value of diversity and inclusion at the highest levels of leadership across sectors. It will also highlight the value to institutional investors of allocating meaningful amounts of capital to emerging managers.

During the National Tour, NAA’s Leadership Accelerator, the NAA Latina Leadership Caucus, will gather leading Latina business executives to fine tune strategies and define best practices for placing a greater number of Latinas in senior leadership roles and corporate boards.

NAA will host Access to Capital meetings between emerging managers, government officials, and some our nation’s largest investors at each of the four state visits.

“NAA’s tour is centered on increasing the engagement of key decision makers with our community”, said Danielle Beyer, NAA Interim CEO. “In the U.S. we have approximately $25 trillion in retirement and pension assets alone. Imagine the benefit to those pensioneers of having more of their lifetime savings invested in a group of managers, emerging managers, whom as a group have been shown to outperform.”

The tour’s format is highly collaborative, with hosted roundtable conversations including critical stakeholders, decision makers and influencers. Past events have included leaders from:
