There are two ways to reserve your room for this conference.  Please contact the hotel room reservation department by calling 210- 222-1234 or book a hotel room online HERE.  When making reservations over the phone, please reference the New America Alliance to receive the group rate of $159.00 for a single or double suite. Please be sure to book your room by July 21, 2014.

Hotel Check-In/Out Time
Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 12:00 pm

All guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel Guest Services can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Hotel Cancellation Fees
Hotel room cancellations should be made 3 days prior to arrival.  All hotel room reservations are subject to hotel rules and regulations.
