My personal goal is to help Latinas reach their full leadership potential.  I’ve been doing this informally for a few years. Identifying talent and making myself available to that talent as a connector and mentor. I’d like to continue doing this in a larger scale and your efforts seem to match my objectives.  I have a large national network of talented Latinas, and have strong connections in media and entertainment due to nine-years as EVP at the National Hispanic Media Coalition
